Palm Coast is a navigators dream come true. All streets within a subdivision start with the same letter. Here is a breakdown of subdivisions (starting on the North side of town and working my way South):
Matanzas Woods: all streets start with the letter L - this subdivision has a golf course, few trees
Indian Trails: all streets start with letter B - very family friendly
Palm Harbor: all streets start with letters C or F - older section of town - includes salt water canal homes very popular with boaters
Pine Lakes: all streets start with letter W - golf course, family friendly
Pine Grove: all streets start with the letter P - centrally located, large & diverse
Lehigh Woods: all streets start with the letter R - centrally located, one of the newer developments
Cypress Knoll: golf course - convenient to our new town center
Quail Hollow: all streets start with K, Z or Ll - large area near town center, many lakes, southern edge of town
Seminole Woods: all streets start with S or U - very convenient to hospital, Daytona Beach & shopping. You will want to check proximity to small airport though
